Payment method
Direct debit arrangements
All payments you have made for any year
A breakdown of bill charges
Your instalment plan
Option for paperless billing
If you already have a 'My Account', add your Business rates reference number then answer 'Yes' to paperless billing.
If you have added your Business Rates reference number previously, you will still need to go into your 'My Account' and click the 'Go Paperless' option.
All your Business Rates bills and notices for any year
Council tax reduction / Housing benefit account information and documents
If account Is in credit - claim refund
If you have more than one property, you can add additional business rates reference numbers to your My Account.
