Notice: Careline customers please be aware of this scam (January 2025)

Some of our valued Careline customers have reported receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be from Careline, asking for bank/payment details over the phone.

If you're a Careline customer, or know someone who is, please know that our Careline staff would NEVER ask for your bank details over the phone.

If you receive such a call, please do NOT share any personal or payment information and report the incident to us immediately.

Here are two other important updates you should be aware of, too:

While our Careline colleagues will NEVER ask for payment details over the phone, they'll sometimes call customers and ask them to test their Careline equipment.
