Revised Delivery Agreement (Timetable and Community Involvement Scheme)

The Council and the Welsh Government have approved a revised Delivery Agreement (which details an updated Timetable and Community Involvement Scheme) for the preparation of the Powys Replacement Local Development Plan (2022-2037 (PDF) [658KB].

Preferred Strategy (Pre-deposit) Consultation for the Replacement LDP

Consultation took place on the Preferred Strategy for the Replacement LDP for seven weeks from Monday 19 August to Monday 7 October 2024.  The consultation has now closed.
