  • Prime Location: Situated adjacent to Firs Farm and east of Firs Court Avenue housing estate, this site is centrally located in Churchstoke. The village lies on the A489 road, approximately 12 miles east of Newtown, 10 miles south-east of Welshpool, and 22 miles south-west of Shrewsbury. Residents will enjoy easy access to local amenities, schools, and a well-connected transport network.
