An Off-The-Shelf-Purchase - providing 4 new affordable homes.

Powys County Council have purchased four new homes for social rent in Ystradgynlais. The scheme is developed as part of the new off-the-shelf purchase option with a developer, to increase the number of affordable, secure social homes that we can offer to people in Powys.

Parc Brynygroes, Ystradgynlais consists of:

• 4 No x two-bedroom houses
