Adaptations at Home
You may be eligible for a Grant to make changes to the property if you need more than equipment to meet your needs such as level access showers, stairlifts and ramped access.

What is involved in an assessment for adaptations or equipment?
You will be visited by an Occupational Therapist who will assess your needs and agree a plan of action with you. The Occupational Therapist may recommend minor or major adaptations to your home.
