Safeguarding in Education

All employees, volunteers, contracted services, providers and adults who have contact with children and young people have a clear responsibility to promote the welfare of children and young people and to take action when they suspect or recognise that a child or young person may be a victim of significant harm or abuse.

Offer advice and support to all Powys schools on safeguarding matters.

Issuing of Licences for Chaperone and Performers
Issuing of Child Employment Work Permits
Provide a model safeguarding policy for schools
