Unsuccessful Blue Badge Applications

Not all applications will be successful. If you need more information about your individual circumstances, please email us at bluebadges@powys.gov.uk or phone us on the number below.

There is no statutory appeals process against being turned down for a Blue Badge. Welsh Government guidance is followed, but they cannot intervene in individual cases.

If you can provide new information or evidence that was not included with your original application, we can review the decision. You must send this to us within one calendar month of your application.

We will not review the decision about your eligibility if you do not provide new information or evidence.
