How to get involved (Kerry)

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plans and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be downloaded from this site.  You can also inspect them free of charge at all reasonable hours from 12 October 2017 until 6 November 2017, at the following venues:

• Powys County Council, County Hall, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5LG;
• Kerry Post Office and Shop, Kerry, Newtown, Powys SY16 4NU.

ANY PERSON may not later than 6 November 2017 object to the making of the Order by notice to the undersigned in writing, stating the grounds of objection.

Please note: Should you wish to object, support or make representations, your correspondence will be considered by the project team and we may need to consult with people and organisations outside the County Council. As part of the process of consulting with others we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to enable us to deal with issues you have brought to our attention.
