Building Control Awards
The aim of these new awards is to recognise and reward some of the best projects and people Powys Local Authority Building Control (LABC) teams have worked with.
LABC Wales recognises that excellent working relationships between all members of a project team are one of the keys to its success - from submission of plans through to completion of work on site.
As local authority teams provide the building control service for the majority of building projects across Wales, we see many great examples of the highest standards of work and levels of compliance with the building regulations. These awards celebrate local people who care passionately about the work they produce and who go above and beyond for their customers!
