I, the undersigned, being the Returning Officer at the Election of a Member for the Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr Constituency held on 4th July 2024 do hereby give notice that the number of votes recorded for each candidate at the said election is as follows:

Number of Votes Recorded:

• Jeremy Brignell, Thorp: 1,744
• Oliver Lewis, Reform UK: 8,894
• Glyn Preston, Liberal Democrats: 6,470
• Elwyn Vaughan, Plaid Cymru - The Party of Wales: 5,667
• Craig Williams, Welsh Conservative Party: 7,775
• Steve Witherden - Labour Party: 12,709

The number of ballot papers rejected was as follows:

And I do hereby declare that the said Steve Witherden is duly elected Member for the said Constituency.
