Powys County Council is open for business
24 June 2024
That's the message from Powys County Council Chief Executive Emma Palmer, who is keen to reassure residents that the organisation she leads is open for business after several changes to the way it operates.
"It has never been easier to get in touch with us about our services with many thousands of people now choosing to contact us through their online My Powys accounts at any time of the day or night," she added.
"But we know that doesn't work for everyone so, we are continuing to take your phone calls and welcome you in person at our libraries and at council offices including County Hall with an appointment."
