This course will enable front-line practitioners to develop a deeper understanding of this complex area of executive functioning.
Outcomes
- Consider executive dysfunction on mental capacity and its assessment.
- Analyses recent key Court of Protection cases involving executive dysfunction.
- Consider other approaches.
- How to record evidenced based assessments of mental capacity.
