Powys County Council made the Traffic Regulation Order as originally proposed on the 1st September 2023, and the Order comes into effect on Sunday 17th September 2023.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
